Vier Jahre ist es her, dass die Sportfreunde Vorst zum ersten Mal in ihrer Vereinsgeschichte am Rosenmontagszug in Büttgen teilgenommen haben. Mit insgesamt 100 Kindern und Erwachsenen lief man anlässlich des 75-jährigen Jubiläums beim Karnevalsumzug mit. Nachdem der Büttger Rosenmontagszug nach zwei Jahren Corona-Pause im letzten Jahr wieder stattfinden konnte, haben die Jugendtrainer den Wunsch geäußert, wieder beim Karnevalszug mitzumachen.
Sofort hat sich unser Ehrenpräsident Michael Börgers angeboten, die Zugteilnahme, wie schon im Jahr 2020, zu organisieren. Bis zum heutigen Tag haben sich bereits rund 70 Sportfreunde angemeldet.

Musik: Happy Time – Gingerbread
Der Teilnahmebeitrag beträgt 30 Euro pro Person. Dieser Betrag beinhaltet die Teilnehmergebühr des Veranstalters “Die 5 Aape”, das gesamte Wurfmaterial, schwarz-weiße Luftballons, Umhängetaschen und die schwarz-weißen Trikots. Toll wäre es, wenn einige der teilnehmenden Sportfreunde einen Bollerwagen für den persönlichen Proviant mitführen könnten. Damit das Wurfmaterial mitgeführt und die Hängetaschen immer wieder aufgefüllt werden, fährt ein eigener Bagagewagen vorne weg.
Freuen wir uns also auf einen tollen Umzug, viele jecke Sportfreunde und hoffentlich trockenes Wetter.
